sleeping on the floor sucks
Most of our stuff is gone and I'm packing the last of it tonight. I was able to get 3 rooms cleaned today so only 3.5 to go. I can't wait to be in my own home.

Robin Hood
"I'm tired of hearing the Democrats compared to Robin Hood.
Robin Hood stole from a greedy over-taxing government and gave the people back "their" money.
That makes Robin Hood a Conservative.
He also made his Government a lot smaller. Although I don't support a smaller government via bow and arrow."
My friend Taylor said this and I could not agree more.
I like my capitalist society and do not want to live in a country with a socialist or communist government. I do not think Obama would be able to change things that drastically but have no doubt he would try.

Kens Uncle Chuck was in the Navy and was an awesome photographer. The man stood on his boat and took photos of a treaty signing on a different boat and they are better than any other I have seen in text books. I'm not allowed to post that set yet (sad face) but here are some from WWII

Looks like we will be moving to Colorado. I'm not sure how I feel about this yet but thank goodness it's not seattle.
We are going to go look for a new car today and Clive is 3lbs 10ozs.
I need to call Nicole and see if she wants to do some pin-ups and baby photos for Halloween (of her not me) she would be so good at it.

feed the monster
i spend all my time at the hospital still but Clive breast-feeds 3 times a day now. He could come home in about 9 days if he can go 5 with no Bradys.
Ken is going to stay in the Army... he does not want to but he sees no other way we can make ends meet with a kid.

Photography
I'm thinking about getting back into photography. I had enjoyed it so much but never went to digital. I know, I hate the girls who are models, photographers, mua, and fashion designers but I did go to school for fashion and photography so it's not like I just decided to call myself such... and I know I'm not a MUA, I can do my make-up but it always looks better if I have one of the girls who went to school for such do it. As a pin-up, I don't look at myself as a model but a pinup, I still have a lot to learn and that will come with time.
Anyway, if I'm going to do this for fun I have so much to learn and a lot to relearn. Ha the last time I was paid for any of this was 2003 or 2004 and I'm never doing weddings again! I don't think I'll be getting paid for what I want to do with this for a very long time if ever.
So first step is to find myself a digital SLR that will fit my needs for a price Ken will let me spend.

First Mate Vinny Jones
Ken and I got a Rottweiler pup today. His name is Vinny after Vinny Jones... yes.
Darby seems to like him for now but we will see how long that last. Vinny is going to get huge but so far he is very calm.

I want to get out of CA
I want to go home! Ken has been an ass all trip but thinks he never does anything wrong. Today we are going "camping" with his mom, dad and both brothers plus their families. When we first looked at getting a cabin it was so we could spend some time together not a family trip it turned into. The trip down I got Ken to agree on 10 days then he told everyone but me 14 well know it's 17 and that's after his mom and dad stayed with us in WA for a few days. I'm sick of family... OH OH and yesterday he told me we will still have to live with his mom and dad when we first move down here... I DON'T FUCKING THINK SO!

Money for school and a roof over our heads!?!
Ken and I were not sure where we would get the money to live once he was in school and out of the army. Now, thank the Lord, a new GI Bill has been approved! From what I understand of what Ken told me all that needs to happen is the Presidents to sign it into law now. The cash Ken paid into the old GI Bill Ken should get back now that they are not making service members do that.
What's covered: His school, our rent and because how long he is in for we will get BAH for an E-5 with dependents, 1,000 for books each year and up to 2,000 for a licensing or certification test.
The BAH will pay for a 2 bedroom apartment, so Clive can have his own room until the next one comes, and with any luck will give a little extra for food too.
One thing the paper did say was, "Senior defense personnel officials, speaking on the condition of anonymity, said they are not completely pleased with the compromise because the increased benefits are generous enough to make some service members more likely to leave the military to attend college rather than stay in for a career."
First, fuck them! Second, if they want people to stay in give them more incentives to stay instead of giving them no realistic option to go after they have dedicated 4 or more years of there life.

wish he would just stop
Kens "trying" to quit smoking... so far he's down to 1 every 3 hours when I'm around.
I have him locked outside now heehee. I kinda feel bad but I want him to try more. He had said he would not buy any more this weekend on Friday but by Friday night he had to go get a pack and now it's like he is going out whenever he wants one. I don't even like to hug or kiss him after he is out there even when he brushes his teeth, and that helps, I can still smell it on him and it makes my head hurt.
On a happy note WE WENT TO THE ZOO!!! I think Ken thinks I'm silly for loving it as much as when I was a kid but I do. The Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium is small but does have a tiger, sharks as well as lots of fun sea life that will spit at you like the fat walrus. It has been a good Saturday for all that.
I should be happy that my husband only does one thing that I hate this much but I'm afraid he won't quit before Clive comes or he will start up if he does quit after he is born. grrr
